"Involved" in what way? You think every single report from news agencies outside of Iran reporting on homosexual hangings wasn't checked and rechecked by at least one journalist on the planet? Journalism may now be reaching a new all time now, but I'm not that skeptical of their fact-checking skills.

How do you know they are spitting out political propaganda without knowing what really happened?

You cannot question a government's news without actually having evidence to counter it.

Everyone who was there and was involved is in Iran. To find your truth you need to go to Iran.

Because it came from an Iranian policeman.

It has to be propaganda because I decreed it so.

AAWW! I miss the 1950s when cops could pick out "Queers" walking down the street at night, beat the hell out of them and leave 'em in an alley to bleed to death after raping them with a night stick. The US has a history to live down too.

Definitely Propaganda. All the Hot Chicks they put in front of the camera... it's the cable news booty call. If they really want to crush CNN I suggest more cleavage. And less Dick Morris.

Pretty sure FoxNews crushes CNN anyway.

Not in ratings, and certainly not in integrity. Not that CNN is much better, they've been going way down hill for years, on both sides of the political commentary sphere.

claim? I am telling you what the police said.

You are trying to go against the police's word. You are foolish for even trying.

You want to go against their word? go to Iran and gather evidence then present it.

Google searching for hours isn't proof of squat.
Question 1: Why were the facts regarding the alleged molestation withheld for several weeks after the original story was first printed?

Question 2: you still haven't responded to the post I made quoting the Iranian judicial spokesman who admitted to the NY Times that some of the July/August 2007 hangings, during the Plan to Enforce Moral Behavior, were for "sodomy." Why are you avoiding that challenge?
Still waiting Aimster....

why are you avoiding these questions?

Aimster, what did Ahmadinejad mean at Columbia when he spoke about gays?

What did he say about them, and what did he mean?

news agencies?
what news agency? you mean foxnews? the news agency that left out the fact that they molested a kid? What other news agencies do you got?? Where is the proof???

There are plenty of ways to find proof. Someone who wasn't there to witness it IS NOT PROOF. Want me to write a story up on how U.S soldiers are going around murdering people and make a website? Hell there are hundreds of such websites I bet. You suggesting they are FACT?

WTF man are you fricken blind?

"Two Iranian youths accused of homosexual acts and sexually abusing a minor sit in a cell prior to their execution in 2005."

that is right under the pictue of the two guys in jail.

Further down the piece it say

Iranian officials insisted the two were guilty of not just homosexuality, but the forcible rape of an underage boy. Gay rights supporters say those charges are often applied to homosexuals who engage in consensual relations.

I mean really WTF!! the only one leaving things out of the piece is you so stop spreading your Iranian propaganda. :|

If you post negative stories in a Muslim Facist State you can expect to be killed. In Iran the press is controlled by the state. Do you think the State run press will make bad stories about itself or let other news agencies in Iran publish negative stories about Iran?

Anytime you have any country and they dont have total freedom of the press, you can expect the State to crack down on the press or run it themselves. If you see a country with no bad press, then there is no freedom of speech in that country. Are you so stupid you are brainwashed?

he said that homosexuality isn't an issue in iran and implied that there aren't any gays in iran.

i honestly believe, based on his expression and reaction when the crowd laughed and booed when he said this, that he doesn't honestly believe it. i think he was embarrassed and somewhat ashamed for saying it, but i also feel that he's against homosexuality based on his right-wing, religious viewpoint. i think he said that there weren't gays in iran because his ass would get chewed out by khamenei and other religious leaders in iran. i think, politically, he had no choice but to give that response.

I just want to clarify one thing, FOX is wrong (and evil of course) since Iran is actually a gay friendly country, though it just so happened that there aren't any gay people there.

On another note, I wonder if Aimster & co. get paid by the Iranians or they're just volunteering to be some sort of cyber Jihad martyrs..

QFT. And yes, we have a lot of brainwashed left-wing whackos here defending Ahmadenijad and Iran like their own kin.

I have a life like the rest of you. I don't spend every day on here responding to your non-sense.

I do not even read the entire thread.

THAT WAS NOT THERE WHEN THIS THREAD WAS CREATED.

Plus this thread has turned into "Iran never said they molested a child".
It is more like "lets attack Aimster rather than talk about the way foxnews did the reporting"

Hell foxnews.com says critics "often" say Iran does this when they kill homosexuals, but 99% of the articles that people found on here to attack my point have been THE SAME INCIDENT. People need to look up the word often.
