Whatever Fall Follies did, it screwed up the transition time between forums. Now at least 50 seconds,and can be several minutes. Not good.

Not from my end it's not...I keep getting time-out errors, pages loading VERY slowly...but (so far) no database errors yet today.

Great, except this thread has no info about what's going on.

If the admins need to take the board down for a few days to fix the connectivity issues, then they should.. the slowness is bad.

My connect at home has been screwed up all day, under 100KB on a 25MBit line, so I tried loading the forums now my connect is back , was scared it was my connect again after taking most of the day to get it fixed. Nope, just the forums..

Everything that can be said is in the global announcement at the top of the forum. We're currently having MySQL problems and while the IT guys have tried several things, so far it's not working. So they have to head back to the drawing board as it were.
