I've been noticing these homophobic state legislatures around the South making laws that allow for "religious discrimination of gays" and forcing transgendered people to use the bathroom identified on their birth certificate instead of the one they identify with now.
Claims are made that a man transitioning to a woman could go into a women's restroom and assault your daughter(!). But a man becoming a woman and dressed as one is unlikely to be attracted to women/girls.
Also forcing a transgendered person to use their "birth bathroom" will cause confusion, embarrassment, and possibly violence as people looking like men will be using women's bathrooms, and people looking like women will be using the men's. Maybe that's the true goal of these laws.
