Florida man kills four

Florida man dressed in "full body armor," who later described himself as a "survivalist," shot up two homes, killing four people, including an infant. Engaged in a shootout with police before getting shot once, non-fatally, then surrendering. He said he was "on meth."

Otherwise, motives so far unknown.

Gun nutters gotta nutt. I wonder what kinda stiffy he had when he shot the baby.

Every effing liberal hating NRA brainwashed "survivalist" gun nutter is the same. Just a few chemical reactions from going full nutter like this guy.

Yup, that's what I see to. Take your typical RWNJ and add a little meth and you have an "active shooting rampage."

That said, I'm waiting for more information here. But it sure looks like it.

A few more pieces of information.

There is a 5th victim, an 11 year old girl, who was "shot multiple times" but is being treated in the hospital right now. Status unknown.

Also, he may have shot and killed the mother and her infant after the police arrived.

It's times like these I don't mind so much that Florida is an execution happy state. Second most after Texas. This guy will almost certainly get the needle for this.

This is what the death penalty is for.
Have a nice and orderly trial to establish a proper legal verdict, then just take him out back.

But then again .....

Judd said that nine hours earlier, deputies received a 911 call from the same home and that a woman reported a strange man parked near her residence who allegedly told her he was there because "God sent me here to speak with one of your daughters." He said deputies responded to the 911 call within six minutes, but the man was nowhere to be found.

The sheriff said the same man, who he identified as Bryan James Riley, 33, of Brandon, Florida, returned to the home around 4:30 a.m. Sunday and allegedly unleashed a barrage of fatal gunfire.

“We find zero connection between our shooter, our murderer and our victims," Judd said.

^^^ From that same article .....

He said Riley was working as a bodyguard for an executive protection company.

Judd said Riley's girlfriend told investigators he suffered from post traumatic stress disorder and that he allegedly claimed he had been getting instructions from God to do certain things.

I guess somebody needs to review their back ground check and clearance procedures.

Family in Houston shot dead, including kids. Perp is probably a family member/known entity

Those guns sure make people feel good.
Scientists need to start investigating the mysterious affect that gun atoms have on the mental health of people or something.

I wonder if the affects only occur while someone is holding the gun, or if the gun atom energy field can permeate the immediate area around the gun?

Crazy thoughts! We don't see all these fatal mass stabbings. Not even many attempts. It can't be the gun as an instrument completely alters human behaviors because of the way it kills so efficiently while separating the perp from the killing in a way no other instrument does, thus strongly affecting the humans behavior. No it can't be!

So, what you're saying is that deranged people who don't care about human life are drawn to the most efficient way to kill someone?

So owning a gun in and of itself doesn't inherently cause people to go out and murder other people?

I agree with you, I guess I'm just failing to see why we're upset with pieces of metal rather than the society that created the people who don't care about life and are willing to murder others.

He's !@#$ing crazy, that's what he is.

With the stress we put each other under, America is real good at breaking people. It's a national pass time. Throw in an armed population, and when people snap - it's not so difficult to pull a trigger and end lives. It's like suicide, only in this guy's case the pain is directed outward in a homicidal rampage. It'll happen to individuals in any high stress, highly armed society. This blood is the price we pay for the Second Amendment. Innocent Americans pay with their blood each and every day.

I don't do FAUX, but every once in a while The Duck presents a snippet from them:

This 'sheriff' needs to be removed from office.

Suspects are supposed to disarm and surrender.
