Ya, women don't respond as well to screaming, lol. Sucks about the car, but express your anger in a different way. Sit her down and explain why it's bad(money thing) and let it go. If you let things roll off, many heart attacks can seriously be avoided. People make mistakes, part of life. Golf clubs through windows equal even more money btw.

I was considering one myself until I saw the mpg ratings. Maybe I have too much of an old man in me but the camry engine in a lighter body shouldn't be getting 4mpg less then a regular camry.
If you feel the need to flip out just because somebody hurt your fixable car, then it doesn't sound like you'll be in that relationship too long. I'd give her advice on how to back out better and later say don't worry about it, just be more careful next time. I can't bring myself to screaming at anybody for doing anything. It doesn't solve anything and it just screams (no pun intended) anger management issues.

Sounds like you should have moved her truck for her first. It's just a car, and parking accidents happen, especially when a garage is involved.
Also sounds like you may have anger management issues if you got mad at the woman you want to marry over a little thing like that. It doesn't sound like it is something that will change the safety or operability of the vehicle, so why even care? This was your opportunity to show her that she's more important than a mere car, but you blew it. Buy her flowers and ice cream today to make up for it. If you're serious about wanting to be with this girl, you need to stop being defensive about your stuff and yourself from her. Defensive and angry reactions are almost never helpful in a relationship.

(before she knew me) Rolled her car, changing her radio station. She drifted off the lane into the dirt.
Backed up into a mailbox in a cul-de-sac.
Backing out of a parking lot, hit the car parked beside her.
As well as running a stop sign(two way stop), and when I yelled Stop Sign she slammed on the breaks stopping in front of the the vehicle with the right of way. I yelled go-go-go, and the car barely hit our bumper. No damage on the other persons vehicle, and ours was rental.
Yet she gets nervous when anyone else drives. 😕

My wife did this to my car a few months ago. I didn't even raise my voice and I was right there in our garage when she did it. She backed out of our driveway an caught the rear bumper of our neighbor's car. Didn't do any damage to the other car fortunately. Still, cost us a $500 deductible.

You have to back up like this every day? If so, I'd ask her to park in a better spot/position.

No disrespect meant, but if the cost of repairing a fender-bender is a big deal to you, I'd suggest you might want to hold off on getting married. I'm not saying I wouldn't be seriously annoyed by paying $1,000 to fix my car, but it wouldn't really sting much financially.
Looks like it's repairable work, settle down a little. You should be mad, but I came in here expecting to hear that she'd *totaled* your car. You'll survive: My parents have been married 30 years - and my mom boogered several of my father's cars while they were going out 😛
