We bought her a "new" car yesterday, a 1994 Buick Lesabre. (104K, every option available, excelllent mechanical condition, $1500 !!!) Within 15 minutes of getting home, she tried to park it in the garage, couldn't make the turn, and put a nice 1" scrape in the rear driver's side door. I just had to laugh. Women drivers! 🙂

I found a shop that will fix my car for $600 if I pay all cash (the same shop that fixed the $9K worth of damage to it from the accident last year.) Since my deductible is $500 I won't file a claim, I'll just pay out of pocket.

Slacker: Hah! That made me smile. I'm not THAT unlucky 🙂

So, the question is, are you able to calm down, write it off as an accident, and put a happy face on less than an hour after this happens?

If you can't, then you should probably rethink this whole marriage thing. It's obvious to me that your priorities in life are not the same as your fiancé's. And if you're going to fly off the handle every time she puts a scratch on your priceless possessions, then you are in for a very disappointing marriage. Your car can be repaired, but you may not be so lucky with your relationship.

And for those that think it makes you some bad ass macho dude to beat up on girls....grow up man!!!
