Who gives a fuck how much money was involved, you materialistic fuck?

You have a DUI. I am infinitely better than you because I'm not that stupid.

Public record is public record for eternity. It's not against the law to republish anything unless the documents are sealed by the courts. Has your DUI been sealed by the courts or are you just making up more stupid shit, more LIES to try covering up the fact that you are a disgusting drunk with a DUI?

You are wrong on that. On most public record sites there is a disclaimer about republishing those records on other websites and other media.

Have you tried breathing into a brown paper bag?

No, somebody has a personal vendetta against drunk drivers and alcoholics. I've lost a loved one to a drunk driver and very nearly lost my own life to an alcoholic, but saved myself and his life in the process.

Seriously, fuck drunks.

Being serious (for once) for a minute I am 100% against DUI as well. I'm sorry you've had your experiences. My city/county/state has allowed people with dozens of DUI's to continue to exist in public and it is infuriating.

I feel even more strongly about people who outright intentionally kill other people out of anger/rage/vengeance. IMO it cannot be tolerated under any circumstances, even when sanctioned by the state. I do believe that the consequences can be tempered by circumstances but there still must be consequences.

They can use all the disclaimers they want but it doesn't mean that it's illegal to republish PUBLIC DOCUMENTS any way we choose. Seriously, someone posted your DUI before? So it's come up in conversation before? And you wear it like a badge of honor.

I always liked representing drunk drivers in court because of that sweet cash they usually pay.

I personally agree that people that are repeatedly getting DUI's esp with accidents (whether one car only or not), need to be off the road.

Most though simply drive without a license and until they actually kill someone they are never incarcerated.

However; in theory at least for our laws in America...you cannot jail someone because of potential for a crime which is how it should be.

I am not proud of it at all. Where in the hell did you get that? I am being HONEST about it.

I should technically never been arrested nor blown that high. I am not saying I was ever more intoxicated than I should have been, but I gave that up past my teens/early 20's and even then that was rare.

A lot of my public information has been posted here and the moderators do not allow that.

I'd suggest you have a conversation in mod issues prior to going on some loopy rampage.

How is being a drunk and having a DUI equating to down to earth, decent person?

What? Being in a car while intoxicated is reason enough to be arrested. You admitted here to being drunk and being in a car. Having the keys on you shows intent to drive and is grounds for arrest and DUI. The fact you were in a parking lot has no relevance to the issue. You intended to (or had) driven that car while you were intoxicated. "Technical" reason you shouldn't have been arrested not found. And "technical" reason you shouldn't have blown that high? Wtf does that even mean? Was the breathalyzer malfunctioning? That is about the only technical reason I could think of why you would blow a higher BAC number than you "should" have.

That was me about 4 months/30-40lbs heavier after my bicep injury at a place we have in Ft. Lauderdale three weeks per year. I wasn't driving anywhere there and it was my vacation.

I actually wasn't drunk though, our kid wanted put that on my head because they thought it would be funny.

It was never shared here though, but an asshat like yourself went digging for it from someone elses webpage.

I think he means he doesn't think he should have blown that high given the amount of drinks he had over the given timeframe of which (he claimed) to have consumed them.

However, your body does not lie and most people will get rid of about 1 drink per hour, of course slightly different between men and women.

I didn't go digging for it anywhere. It was presented to me for the lulz by someone else here after I called you on some other shit in another thread a long time ago.

What do you mean our kid, though? You're only just now having your first and only child, so were you lying then or are you lying now? Or is it both?

I think you're right.

Drunks are often entirely dishonest with themselves and with everyone else regarding their level of intoxication, especially when it comes to taking responsibility for their actions.

I am aware of the law. You can also get busted for DUI for washing your car in your driveway if you have the keys. It's about revenue though, not lives. Even a simple DUI nets about $5000 for everyone involved. In my DUI classes that were mandatory there was an attorney from NYC that had his car impounded doing just that. He was a defense attorney that pissed off quite a few cops. His fight was already up to $50,000 plus losing a brand new Corvette due to the DUI charge. He was fighting it out of principle though and said he could spend $50,000 every month on the defense and it would not even affect his life. The flip side is when you are fighting your DUI, since it's not settled with the state things like work permits and the like are usually not granted...which makes fighting one more difficult.

My complete lower lip was separated that morning (I ran into a shelf someone places in a door way around a blind corner, I was lucky I didn't lose my teeth).

They believe the amount of blood I still had in my mouth may have factored into this. Later I as told I should have gotten stitches for it and I am lucky my lip didn't heal poorly. I was still bleeding that night, I had asked to get a paper towel from my glove box even at one point in the police video. They assumed I had been fighting.

Either way I have no reason to lie about this, I never fought that angle as it wasn't even worthwhile I'd have been in for at least $10k and more than likely much more due to the expert witnesses required and everything else.

Technically, you are now pulling stuff from L&R. I doubt you saw the OT post where I shared this today and even then made no claims in that thread first child or not.

This is my first BIOLOGICAL child. I have had an 11 and 16 year old living with me for about 2 years now (technically their older sister at times like this weekend as well).

No one called me out in that post either by the way...they were just butthurt and went internet searching.

So you're going to ruin 2 more lives on top of the unborn's. Why am I not surprised.

Are you married to the mother, yet? Oh wait, you can't marry her when she's still married to someone else.

Does that mean your child will be born out of wedlock?

I find this true. "Oh, I'm not drunk at all!" - every person about to drive while intoxicated.

This is definitely a problem. The fact is they know they are drunk.

In my case, I had 4-6 beers in an 8 hour window. There is not a way possible for me to blow as high as I did unless I chugged all those beers just before driving home.

I was there most of the night because I didn't want to see my ex bitching, I was also broke at the time so more of less forced to milk my beers and I was trying to keep them going.

The bartender was willing to testify as well on my behalf that I only had what was on my tab and he didn't see me drinking with anyone else (I was at the bar in front of both bands that played that entire night).

The fact is most people that drink have sadly driven with one too many (over .10)...it's the same as those that say they have had a ton of sex and always used a condom.

Now a days, it's easy to just take a cab (even though cab fare in S. Florida is an utter rape, like $20+ for 5 miles) or have a non-drinking friend drop me off at my house.

Now that my fiancee is pregnant I have a guaranteed designated driver for a few months :)

"Here, let me invent this desperate, convoluted story to try to convince everyone through my lying teeth that a drunk was telling the truth for once. I swear, the machine was broken or something. The officers couldn't read it right. I just happened to fall into my own car when the door was open and the keys in my pocket fell out and bounced into the ignition, I swear! THE STARS WERE ALIGNED AGAINST ME. IT WAS EVERYONE ELSE'S MISTAKE BUT MINE."

I'd just keep the L&R stuff I have not discussed outside of it there, bro.

Until I posted today about our pregnancy on OT today, it was not mentioned outside L&R. You obviously think it's ok to share L&R stuff on OT and I have reported this post.

You are acting like a raving maniac now.

My car was turned off and I was already getting out of it at the time.

I am just being honest what happened in my case.

I have admitted that I have been guilty in the past of probably having too many when I was younger.

There is no benefit to me to lie about this, it doesn't change the charges against me nor gains me any special treatment.

You are too focused on hating me versus reading what I am posting.

Since you are totally anonymous here and have never provided any insight into your life, these are my only options.
