Uh huh:rolleyes:

FWIW, I've never "blown a gasket". Why do that? I prefer to surprise my prey. And Craig is wrong if he thinks I have anger management issues. I am one of the coldest people you could ever meet. Getting angry at someone in a public place only limits what you can really do to them, what with so many eyes around. I am more of an ambush type of guy...

Ooooooooooooooh, tough words from a tough guy...
At least you didn't poison the guy's pregnant wife.

Having a seething rage and burning down a neighbor's house a week later is still indicative of anger management issues.

ITT: Dari not only has anger issues, he's the type that will hide in the bushes until you come home, kidnap you, cut you up and throw your body parts into the river.

Dari would just talk you until you get your wife pregnant, he would then proceed to secretly give her the day after pill.

Relevant to the topic of jury nullification, which was advocated in the post I responded to.
That may be true. I've skipped a few pages just like I do in P&N when there's a lot of text and zero substance but jn has nothing to do with this thread. I think allisolm said that.

So was there/is there j/n....yes/maybe/probably. All answers apply. Especially around here.

This story, no. The case sucked for the prosecutor.

The wife did it. Or the cousins that skipped out for a few days. That's my new theory.

I only came to this thread because of curiousity of Rule 813.

interesting verdict.
but what if the guy driving wasn't drunk and just lost control of the car and accidently killed the 2 kids?

now what do you think of the gunman?

edit:
I didn't read the whole thread.
if my question was already discussed, let me know and i'll delete it.

I have to go with the 'anger management problem' side here. Your repeated mention of not being able to control the rage response supports that...

And we wonder how road rage happens.

It's funny, I remember a Disney cartoon, I think from the 1940's, about road rage, where Donald Duck would be this friendly polite person until he got in his car and then he'd turn into this monster being very demanding and furious at anyone who did anything that upset him, it was a Jeckyll and Hyde message of warning about how some people are affected by getting behind the wheel. This sounds a bit similar.

Road rage strikes me as having dissociative or deindividuation properties. Here's an example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=scOJqyiYVtk#t=428
