Trying to push for the half or 3/4.. http://www.bluenile.com/diamond-eternity-ring-platinum_17388?track=product&elem=image is her preferred one though.
us indians wish we had it so lucky. no such thing as an "engagement ring" or "wedding ring". you better damn make sure you have enough 22K gold necklace sets, tikas, bangles, etc or you ain't getting that contract. for those prices i can buy a honda civic, new tv, and ps4 and still die a happy man.

Eh, a $1k difference isn't much to complain about IMHO. Now if she wanted some $6k band I'd be rather unhappy.
Thinking about it a bit more, IMHO CZ in 22k gold be a better bang for the buck than a high priced rock in 14-18k gold.
Congrats, so you have 2 rings out of 3.Bought my wifes at Kays for like 1500 or something. Picked up the wedding ring for like 600. Fused them together. So they are essentially one ring now.
I bought a $10k engagment ring from Blue Nile. It probably would have cost $13k from local jewelers
Congrats, so you have 2 rings out of 3.
"There are three rings involved with marriage. The engagement ring, the wedding ring, and the suffering."
Hmm I think I may go with one of the online retailers or shane co. I think shane co may have one of the best warranties for diamonds
A small local shop on 57th and 5th.
What's a diamond warranty?
And you don't really need a diamond warranty. What you need is an appraisal and a rider on your home owners insurance/renters insurance for the entire ring.
