A big I is approaching.I am looking at the realities of white middle class America, who see cops as heroes, especially after 9/11.

Straight up casual racism led to this gentle young man's death. WE have to do better. Good luck with that, eh?Sometimes there is justice, guilty...

Elijah McClain death: Paramedics who injected Colorado Black man with ketamine found guilty
A Colorado jury on Friday found two paramedics guilty of criminally negligent homicide in the death of Elijah McClain near his home in Aurora.www.cbsnews.com
Yes it did. I hope this is at least small solace to the family.Straight up casual racism led to this gentle young man's death. WE have to do better. Good luck with that, eh?
Too bad people like you didn't care that much about him while he was alive!Let Elijah rest in peace.
My heart breaks for Elijah and he will always be in my prayers. I'm sorry that happened to him, that made me angry.Too bad people like you didn't care that much about him while he was alive!
Spare us your fake sympathy. Far as you are concerned if a cop does anything to a black person it's justified.
You are full of shit. Just spare all of us.My heart breaks for Elijah and he will always be in my prayers. I'm sorry that happened to him, that made me angry.
I support cops that do the right thing, I do not support police brutality, I never have. What I say is that you can't paint with a broad brush on every cop. That's my point.
There are Black activists that do not want police presence in Black towns and suburbs, so why should police continue to patrol there? That would lessen the tension. That is a solveable idea. You are full of shit. Just spare all of us.
Just go back to your covert racist posts like, "Hey since all you black people do nothing but complain about police let's just remove all of them and then see how you people behave"
Fuck off.
Since you don't understand English, I'll try a language you are more familiar with. There are Black activists that do not want police presence in Black towns and suburbs, so why should police continue to patrol there? That would lessen the tension. That is a solveable idea.
The killing of Elijah McClain was truly a most awful thing. The sentencing of those who did it is sending shockwaves through the "community" of first responders. Well, should they feel they are exempt from prosecution? Why? There's no justification for that, especially if they do things they should have known better to have done. If you don't know what you're doing when it comes to administering drugs you better not do it. In any case, McClain had done nothing wrong and his emotional state was all about fear of being abused by authority figures, which is exactly what happened, abused to death no less.![]()
