Depends. Although I think most buildings can survive a 5.9 (it was upgraded). We shall see.

Felt it like shit in crystal city from the ninth floor. I just dipped out the stairs immediately. Thought it was a bomb or something at first. We have drills for that every now and then so it is possible. Now just waiting outside not sure for how long.
