I'm not singling you out Capt Caveman, but let's keep this thread "on-topic" everyone.

Online, sometimes but I try not to.
In real life, no.

This is like asking "Do you fart?"
Sometimes when I'm in my room alone.
No, when in public (anywhere out of my personal room is public).

Well, IIRC you *were* a sailor, so not surprising.

Yes. Sometimes there just aren't any non-profane words that can accurately describe a situation.

I will use them when they seem fitting, no point sugarcoating my feelings when speaking. But of course I know when it's inappropriate and will avoid it, not for them but for myself(ex, I'm not gonna cuss in a job interview).

Yes, but very very rarely.

Typed, moreso than spoken, partly because I type more than I speak. And I only really swear verbally maybe once or twice a month.

Man, I have once. I worked at an old AM country station. I was bullshitting with a coworker when it was time to hit the cart machine (Basically an endless loop tape cartridge) to cut to commercial. I was also supposed to say something to identify the station and tell of upcoming events and such.

Well, I happened to hit the mic switch, which turned off the studio monitor. So, when i hit the cart machine, I heard no audio and freaked out. I said to my coworker "What the fuck is happening with this shit?" My coworker had a mortified look on his face and I realized he was staring at the mic switch. I realized my mistake and turned off the mic. Last time i ever did anything (unintentionally) stupid on air.

To answer the original question - yes, I tend to pepper conversation with profane language on a regular basis. Even more so that my folks are willing to reciprocate in regular conversations.

Yeah. It's a shitty habit that's hard to break, though I do try to watch my mouth around certain people/situations.
