That's also how communism took over in Russia. As bad as communism was, it was still better than what they had before...... unless you were wealthy. They didn't just take land; they would kill you as well.
This is generally why we try to prevent people from becoming too poor. When life sucks, people are a lot more willing to adopt very extreme ideas and risk everything.

Cybr, you could have been nicer about it to be honest. If you are truly interested in educating someone, being rude and condescending is not the way to go. On the other hand, if you are trying to inflate your e-penis, I suppose being a dick might work. 😛

In every EU nation, the fascist parties have one thing in common, they are ALL against ILLEGAL immigrants.

NONE of them have any problem with legal immigrants.

Now the problem is, that you know the text on the statue you were given, we are living up to that while you are sending a sheitload our way with your wars.

I'd prefer it if we could just export them to you, when you have people speaking serbocroatish living in entire parts of your cities and have them complain to the local press of how fascist you are not to provide them with translators at the local bowling alley, then you will know what an European "fascist" is.

I'm ok with most of them, i can't stand the serbs though, for obvious reasons.

Ok, so those against illegal immigration happen to be fascists. Are there any parties in favor of illegal immigration? I just don't get what is wrong with being against illegal immigration, nor the connection you are making between fascists and illegal immigration other than superficially. I am in favor of an organized legal immigration programs that allows for diversity and allows the immigrants to live on the grid and fully partake in society.

You made it sound like if you are against illegal immigration, that you are a fascist which I reject.
 
What's wrong with the Serbs? Honest question, as the only thing I know about them is they were fighting to create Serbia.

The fascist/right-wing extremists don't like foreigners in general, and most especially hate Muslims. They don't care about legal or illegal, or even about whether those immigrants were born locally and have a passport of that country, if their (grand-)parents came from another country many of the extremists feel they should lose their passport and be kicked out. The extreme Nationalists often don't shy away from force to remove foreigners either.

Most people (left, right and centre) agree that illegal immigrants should be send back to the country they came from unless they would be in danger there or there is another good reason not to send them back.

And to Cybrsage: Nationalism is very strong in Serbia, and many of them don't mind using violence to 'free their country' of anyone they see as being 'lesser'. Many are somewhere between the Republican party and the KKK regarding their ideas. Extremely conservative Christians who view those not practicing their form of Christianity (and especially Muslims) as 'something' that needs to be kicked out of the country.

Maybe in Europe. In North America, it's the exact opposite. One of the match questions on the dating website okcupid is "should illegal immigrants be deported" and LOTS of people put no. It's just weird.

The main problem we have with statistics these days is that we gather a lot of information, find some sort of irrelevant correlation (such as the Ice Cream Flavor most enjoyed by Illegal Immigrants) than take the findings and quote them out of context on a political opinion show where it gets distorted further and spread about online faster than "accidental" celebrity boobage.

It also does not help that 90% of the people could not tell you the difference between Median and Mean, but that is another point.

Maybe we should ban that ice cream flavor so the illegals all leave in disgust? We can then have undercover ICE agents posing as illegal dealers of that flavor to catch those who remain.

I say it needs its own agency and a billion dollars to use as startup funds.

There was no correction needed. You claimed something stupid, then got all butt hurt when called out on it. You seem to enjoy staying butt hurt, which I find perplexing. Not going to spend any time trying to riddle it out, though.

You are not one of those people who think WW2 was not simply a continuation of WW1 with a short period of no fighting, are you? That would be as crazy as saying the US faked the Moon landing or that the US used super thermite to blow up the Twin Towers. All three are something no rational person would espouse.
