Hmm, my order still says in Pre Production. Seems like I should be able to cancel order, then place another order at the lower price, right? I haven't cancelled an order from them before - is that a problem?
My current order is $799 - 25% Delf coupon = $599.25 - $25 off = $574.25 + 5% tax = 602.96 delivered
An order today would be $719.10 - 25% Delf coupon = $539.33 - $30 off = $509.33 + 5% tax = 534.79 delivered

This was at the bottom of my order confirmation:
"Dell Home Systems collects tax on orders delivered to Texas, Kentucky, Idaho, Nevada, North Carolina, Tennessee, Ohio, Virginia, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Missouri, California and Florida. For shipments to other states, tax relates to the third party service contract only. The purchaser is responsible for remitting any uncollected tax on their order directly to the local taxing authorities."

THere is a stackable AMEX 150 off 600 coupon floating around. That would bring the monitor price to $449 plus taxes. Note I am a canadian so I cannot get in on this and therefore do not have all the detail but a little birdie told me its possible to get this deal.
So that makes 2 of us Canucks who want one. Any generous Americans out there wanna help a few northerners out? I'm sure we could make it worth your while.

Dell Home seems to collect tax from NJ also.

I have been searching over there. I have seen some people trying to sell them, none that are giving them away. I just find it hard to pay for something that someone else gets for free.
Since I am in no hurry maybe I'll get lucky and find one that i don;t have to pay for.
BTW I did get a 20% off Axim X30 624MHz or any Axim X50 if anyone wants it.
