Somehow the squat and power racks always end up with a huge number of 10s, 25s, and 35s and frequently only have 4 45lb plates per rack. I decided to redistribute the plates around the weight room. My elbows didn't like the pull-ups. I've been sticking to chin-ups for the past few months. Maybe the tendons aren't used to the pronated grip.
