barely, it was basically like that before. if you notice in teh bottom hand corner of my windshield you can see where their fingers stopped wiping the glue. they spread it down like that with their hand

On a serious note: Calling the cops without any evidence will probably only piss them off further and result in more serious vandalism. I like the video survelance idea the best, then you actually have something the cops can work with. Or you could just park somewhere else.

u could always get some dry ice and freeze shaving cream bottles then break a car window put the frozen shaving cream in his car (if you do 4 you prob will cover his whole car)

we have a guy that lives down the street that loves to park in front of our house(i don't know why, but we have a tree, he cut his down) so we left notes on his window for a while to please park elsewhere(not a big deal except he'd leave it for days at a ttime, and it was a large work truck) he eventually stopped after we /accidentally/ blocked him in a few times with our cars but it had gone on for MONTHS...... not so much a legal issue than a cuoutesy issue.....some people......
