Regardless of whether you handle this by ignoring it, calling the police, whatever, I'd maybe consider a future visit to this person's house for recreational fun...such as weed killer applied in 4-letter word configurations....

Better yet, try fertilizer. Burns a nasty patch into the lawn at first, but then for the next few years... there's always that bit of the lawn that's just greener than the rest.

It is a public street. You can park there if you like, as long as you aren't in front of the driveway or anything.

Tell the cops, that person has no right to put stuff all over your car because you parked in "his" space on the public street.
