Well, I'm a 47 year old woman who doesn't drink but I do have a mouth on me so... You should probably punch me a couple of times.

She was punched while resisting arrest for refusing to provide her info for a summons. She wasn’t punched for having a mouth on her. Very different.

If you met her in person you'd show her who's boss, wouldn't you officer Merg? Just like your buddy here in this article.
Since I think he'd get off on it... Would that be like cheating on my husband? Kinda like to give him a head's up about shit like that ya know?

She as an unarmed woman posed no real threat to 3 (on camera) male police men. But if you're suggesting all three of them are pansy ass bitches then I maintain you're a dick. Have some respect for police men who aren't pansy ass bitches why don'tcha! I don't think good police men would prefer you to lump them in with bad police men.

Now read that first sentence again and tell me how that's ok?

No I.D.? *Punch Punch*! I'mma a damn fine policeman!

Yes, she was unarmed, but actively resisting in kicking and hitting the officers. In the beginning, there are only 2 officers there. The officer was trying to hold her down while she was kicking at the second. He gave her two hammer punches, which immediately allowed him to flip her over then.

I’m curious as to what maneuver he should have done to get her to comply? Do you have a suggestion as to what he should have done?

Umm, no... No ID, so you’re under arrest. Spits and kicks officer and then resists attempts to be arrested by continuing to kick and attempt to assault officers, so then punched.

She used her mouth to spat on them you said. Clearly you and the policeman have a problem with her mouth. It deserved punching. You're a violent person The Merg.

Once she's down on the ground? Lead Pipe and Steel Toe Boots, of course....

So throw training out the door *Punch Punch*.

I've seen many arrests where resisting didn't result in punches. How about you?

They shouldn't have bothered her in the first place. It is none of their damn business.

Well, the drinking age is a WHOLE ‘nother discussion, but as of now it is still 21. Plus, if I remember correctly, alcohol is not allowed on the public beaches in NJ.

Building on my other post... If larger people can be arrested while resisting without being punched is it her femaleness and her smaller stature that gets you pumped about punching on her? Please, attend some anger management classes. I think this is your cry for help. Help you, help you mmmkay?

I don’t get off on anyone being hurt. As for larger people being arrested, I know plenty that were arrested without being punched, but also plenty that had force used on them as well when they had resisted.

Performing a punch is absolutely part of training as a way to gain compliance.

Especially when they don't pose a real threat I bet. Again, maybe good police would prefer you not defend them.

And they tested her and she was clean, no reason to push it any further.

You didn't read the article anyways so why do you keep commenting when you don't even know what's going on with this particular incident?

So when she’s already kicked an officer and continues to try to kick and fight the officers, when does she become a threat?

- Merg

I actually have not. I can’t even remember when I’ve been drinking out in public.

- Merg
Then you're probably a pretty uptight dick then huh? I seriously wouldn't want your opinion on anything then especially on when to enlist force. If someone gives you an odd look... Whip out your Pinching fingers! Tools their eyes at you? A good ole head thumping! Every action requires a physical reaction. Sounds about right? I bet if you attended those classes I recommended they tell you differently.

*I just started giggling about your earlier comment about distraction. So, look over here, it's a birdy is not a valid use of distraction? You know what would work better? Look at the birdy *punch*! As long as she gets punched, right?

She wasn't a threat. Really, stop defending the cops. You have so little faith in their abilities, it's offending me.
