RAP MUSIC IS THE BEST MUSICAL FORM OF THIS GENERATION!
In my opinon NO rapper is a poet, nor will they ever be held in high regards in my book. They just say what they want, ranting on and on about how they grew up in "ghetto's" and the likes. But all they're really doing is WHINING! And this opinion is coming from someone who only listens to RAP/HIP-HOP. No rapper should be idolized, it's just not right. I mean why idolize someone who doesn't and never will get to know you nor do they give a fvck about you. All they care about is MONEY.
And I see that the only other people who agree with me that Tupac was not a legitimet(sp?) poet *cough* Russ and Red *cough* are old bastards who don't appreciate a semi new genre. Instead they prefer they're "old-folks" music. Something along the lines of the Beetles, perhaps?
