Okay. Since some of you appear to be stuck in some 3,000 B.C. state of thinking, just answer this question for me:

If it is possible that any e-mail run through the private server can be deemed classified in the future SPECIFICALLY due to the position she held for the government, is or is it not an accurate statement to say that she should never have done so to begin with, and should accept responsibility for this error and move on?

What most of you seem to fail to realize is my problem with Hillary is how she dealt with this. Had she simply said, "Shit, guys.. I messed up. Got some bad advice from a resource. We're sorry, it was a mistake - we're going to take every step we can to correct it going forward and will cooperate with all relevant authorities to make this right" I would have IMMEDIATELY been on the praise Hillary bandwagon due to her integrity.

My problem with Hillary is the lies, scandal, and lack of accountability. This e-mail scenario is simply a palpable method to convey my frustration to others. By trying to dodge this entire thing she's just drawing more attention to herself in a negative way, and this speaks to me for her character and integrity - and also makes anyone with a brain question what else she's trying to get away with.. especially now that it's come to light that various people associated with the Clintons are being found in a state that demands a body bag, including a MI6 operative who was allegedly in possession of e-mails from Hillary's server that may or may not have been compromised by a foreign spy agency. Sure, a lot of speculation there but given how she's acted does it really seem that far from a possibility?

How would this work? Politicians do whatever the fuck they want to do, say sorry, and then we're all supposed to be okay with it?

I'm sure he'd prefer Biden - who wouldn't? - but he's also risking his own reputation if he steps in and squashes the investigation into Hillary after all Americans know what she has done.

The three great religions created, by man, in the middle east all fear women to one degree or another. This fear exists in the extreme segments of all three religions but is at its worst with the extreme Muslim types that proscribe female circumcision.

The Christian idea of a Virgin Mary would be laughable were it not for the millions of people that have died in 2000 years because men were filled with self loathing because they felt in unnatural to be attracted to a pretty girl.

What a political clusterfuck.

Although this can be legit. Imagine you are the system admin who set this up. Why would you want to subject yourself to a Senate committee? While out to get Hillary he would be sacrificed. Its going to cost him money to hire a lawyer. Senators would wait to find the slightest discrepancy in answers to they can claim perjury.

Actually, since this involves government state department business, not just Hillary, it makes sense to plead the 5th.
You can take Hillary completely out of the equation, and still pleading the 5th would be the correct action.
This in itself, how the server was setup conforming to strict government standards, would justify pleading the 5th.
I'd suspect this order came directly from the state department itself, not anything Hillary related.
We're not just talking some run of the mill home server you buy off of Amazon, we're talking strict security issues that would harm national security if exposed in a public forum.
Knee jerk reactions, media tabloid reporting, jumping to conclusions, all a bunch of nonsense.
Sure, it sells papers and spikes TV ratings for MSNBC, FOX, and CNN, however what do we really know about this? Nothing.

This entire brouhaha over what amounts to using home e-mail for work.

The FBI investigation will at worst find breeches of protocol/policy and that will be the end of it outside whatever the media bubble keeps propping up as "a very serious issue in Hilary's campaign."
