Obama birth certificate--Change you can believe in Back in July, when Hillary brought the issue up, and warned that the Republicans would also, this piece came up. I don't know anything about the technically jargon in this document testing, maybe you do.

Do you also believe that the WTCs were brought down by squibs (and not the planes) and that JFK's assassin fired from the grassy knoll?

Just curious.

Do you believe in the constitution?
Just curious.

This is 2 days in a row now that you've trolled a radical Obama hate site as being a credible source. How about you run along and troll your idiotic hate crap elsewhere?

As opposed to the radical McCain hate sites. How about you run along and attack the message, that message being that Obama may not be constitutionally qualified to hold the office that he is running for, rather than attacking the messenger.

I've never posted any link to any McCain hate site here. Not even kos or DU. While you linked to a site yesterday whose headline was something about "Obama's mother sucking muslim cock."

"The message" that Obama may not be constitutionally qualified to hold the office that he is running for has already been so thoroughly debunked as to make any further attempt at attacking it foolishly redundant. Credible sources, from 3rd party to government, have seen the actual document in question and have vouched for its authenticity. Except for this frivolous lawsuit, this issue has been long since closed.

So in light of that, the reason the messenger is being attacked now is because, at this point, it is obvious that your only interest is to continue perpetuating this lie for as long as you think you can get away with it (likewise for everyone else still spreading this FUD).
You should follow the advice in your sig and go fuck yourself. Repeatedly.

Wow. It's a good thing I am not emotionally invested in caring what you think, or the methods that you choose to make your point. Have a nice day, Vic. :)

Actually, Obama could have been born in Kenya, and got a Hawaii Birth certificate, and be a citizen. It is in the technical details of bergs lawsuit, that adresses Obamas citizenship.

This exciting update is a surprise to exactly zero people. (okay, maybe Butterbean)

Shocking!

What'd ya want to bet that this FUD keeps getting brought up again and again by the Butterbean and Ozoned crowd, with the usual "What? this was never debunked!" bullshit?

Sometimes I can't tell if they're stupid or they think we are.

I am not the least bit surprised. The right wing is so full of stupidity and vituperation. I'd suggest they go do 5 Billion Mea Culpas on the Planet Orc for a few hundred years and come back when they are ready to join humanity. What a waste of protoplasm....

I sincerely doubt they care what we think. They are hoping other people are too stupid/ignorant to notice.

This whole "scandal" reminds me of Jon Stewart talking about President Bush a number of years ago. Stewart said that he didn't think Bush was stupid, he thought we're stupid, because if we weren't, Bush wouldn't talk to us the way he does. Whether or not his show is worth taking as serious commentary, you got to admit that this particular comment seems to be consistently true. Republicans and conservatives have some interesting ideas and some good arguments to support those ideas, but instead of making those arguments, when it comes to an election they almost always seem to fall back on "Obama is a secret Muslim" or "liberals hate America". It's hard to conclude that the reason they avoid good arguments in favor of stupid bullshit is because they think their target audience is SMART.

If they don't post then they can pretend they didn't know it was thrown out when they bring it up again next week.

Pretty funny. Actually had one of the more joyous GOP posters state to me that they didn't read the more fast growing threads and missed many posts, LOL. Just exactly like what you are describing.

"The honorable Judge Surrick clarified for all of us - there is NO existing entity/individual/political position which possesses 'legal standing' & the power to challenge any political/presidential candidates eligibility. "
---------------------------------------------------------------------------

The law is the law. ANYBODY can run, Not just anybody can serve. I predict that after the election, the candidate that wins will be challenged on his constitutional qualifications. Does't matter which one wins.

I guess you hadn't heard, PJ; the birth announcement has also been dismissed before by the right wing of our Tinfoil Brigade. It was supposedly planted in the Honolulu paper by the grandparents when they realized their newborn grandson would someday need to cover up his Kenyan citizenship so that he could run for president.

Looks like the lawyer that brought this up is going to try and go the Supreme Court now. Some of the GOP base will be in a tizzy. It will be cute because the legal question he will bring to them is about him not being able to challenge someone's presidential eligibility, not the location of Obama's birth.

I guess some of the justices will have to recuse themselves from the decision to hear the case.

"Berg?s suit against Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney claimed they had advance notice of the Sept. 11 attacks. His suit against Justices Clarence Thomas, Antonin Scalia and Sandra Day O'Connor said they should disbar themselves for deciding Bush v. Gore, Washington Times reports"

i find this interesting and im just asking the question...

Obama went to school in Indonesia. their laws say you cant go to school in their country if you are not a citizen of Indonesia. He then goes to Pakistan in 1981 well US Citizens were banned to travel to Pakistan in 1981 so he went using a Indonesian passport....

so if he has a passport from Indonesia how is Obama a NATURAL born citizen of America?
