I don't necessarily think so. winnar11 is right; if he's not a citizen, there's no need to make any case at all. What's driving people away from the GOP is backwoods America and fiscal liberalism.

In addition, the entry in the newspaper is extremely telling. Those notices couldn't come from parents in the 60's, they had to be given to the newspaper by the Hawaii Office of Vital Statistics. The Office of Vital Statistics gets their information from the hospital where the child is born. That means a US hospital.

Someone call my name? Yes I wrote about this months ago because I knew that photo of a certificate on BO's site (and that originated on the Daily Kos) was a fake (and Hawaii doesnt recognize photos of documents as legit for the person above who said Hawaii called document real).


Keep in mind the questions aren't just about where BO was born. BO's Indonesian father adopted him. His name in the schools he registered in was Barry Soetoro and his religion was listed as Muslim. At the time Indonesia only allowed citizens to register in the schools so there is excellent chance BO had become Indonesian citizen. This would explain how BO was able to travel to Pakistan when travel to Pakistan by US citizens was banned (meaning BO would have had another a passpor from another country). If BO was naturalized citizen of Indonesia he would have had to go through immigration when he came to Hawaii and there is no evidence he ever did.

If BO is a citizen of another country he is not only not legal for POTUS he would be ineligible for the Senate.

BO could have avoided all this drama with a simple paper document. The fact that he has not and has a bogus doc on that equally bogus fight the smears site is very telling. There have been people in the BO camp laughing at how easy it has been to game the system and reel in millions of dupes.

I'm pretty sure that is incorrect. I am a US citizen. My wife is not (yet). If we have a child - regardless of where it is born - the child would be a US citizen based in my citizenship. (I was told this by state side USCIS)
