Why does this crap keep popping up?

If you want to make a REAL case against Obama, choose some REAL issues and maybe even point the the candidate of your choice and say why he or she is better for X issues compared with Obama.

There's no need to make a real case if he's disqualified even if he is the Messiah.

It's comments like these that drive away some people from the GOP.

You don't believe in the natural born citizen clause?

Yeah, fuck the Constitution.

Bush has been fucking it for years now, and McCain won't be any different.

Neither will Obama. Being pro government is the determining factor in screwing that document, no matter what flavor you go by.

This is my favorite part:

WND reported earlier this week Berg's claim that Obama has legally "admitted" the accusations included in his lawsuit, including that he was born in Mombosa, Kenya, by not responding to the allegations.

WELL if he didn't respond, he must be guilty, amirite?!?!?

Good Christ - on a scale of 1 to Tammy Faye Baker, how crazy do you have to be to believe this stuff?

I was wondering what the 2008 version of the swiftboat attack would look like.

I now think I know.

Grain?

seriously, Savage deserves to lost many affiliates because of his autism statement.

That said, if this is true, then the USSC will NOT allow Obama to be president as the constitution is very clear on this issue.

Folks, it wasn't Savage who made the comments, it was his guest who has a pending lawsuit. Savage didn't even know about the evidence until the guest mentioned it. Get off his case. If you should be pissed at anyone, it should be the media who keeps sweeping this under the rug. Our Constitution gets weaker and weaker every day thanks to this type of apathy.

Yeah because in the face of overwhelming evidence to the contrary the media should pick up every story where some crazed guy sues Obama for being a seekreet Mooslim.

Berg is a little off with that comment. But, I should remind you that Berg is a admitted liberal democrat, ex-attorney general for PA (I believe) and has said repeatedly that he will go away if someone, anyone can provide a birth certificate, not a birth announcement like they had in Hawaii, but an actual birth certificate. So far, none has been provided.

Berg's "evidence". the tape of the grandmother stating she was in the Kenyan hospital when Obama was born. whether that's court admissable or not, I don't know. But Berg believes it will be presented in his upcoming court appearance as evidence.

Obama's already produced a birth certificate. WTF are you talking about? You sound as confused as Savage is.

Yes, and Berg is soliciting donations on his web site. This is a huge money maker for him, I'll bet, as he's doing the legal work! He's also getting his little moment in the sun....Those moments are so precious....

Thanks. Well Berg certainly either does not believe this is real or is not aware of it.

Yeah, well fuck Berg - he's no Hawaii Department of Health who have confirmed that it's quite real. Oh wait, let me guess? Berg is an amateur document analyst?

Pffft!

I don't give a f what Berg said. But he claimed that he has a recording and it shouldn't be that tough to match voice id/pattern with a test. If the recording is proven to be authentic, then what? I'd take Obama's grandma's word over a piece of paper produced in 2007.

I heard about this back in '07, and I think it was from Hillary supporters where I first heard it. To perpetrate a wrong of this magnitude would make so many people complicit that that alone should give a reasonable person pause.

Could it be true? Certainly. Obama could also be a sleeper cell. Anything is possible if you're willing to believe anything without scrutiny. I think so many people are blinded with such desire to see Obama fall that they'd believe almost anything at this point.

I think it would be funny if they did manage to determine that Obama was not, in fact, born in the United States, but not until after he's been inaugurated, so we end up with President Biden instead of President McCain.

EDIT: Also it doesn't matter how much proof there is, there will always be wackos trying to prove it anyway. Proving them wrong only strengthens their resolve and convinces them the conspiracy runs even deeper.

A certificate of live birth, is different from a birth certificate, I couldn't get my drivers license with a certificate of live birth but he is running for president on it. 99% of the time I dont belive this stuff, but it just a little suspicious that obama hasnt shown anything else to prove his birth over this long of a period of time. Im not saying its true, just saying there isnt any harm in looking into it. Then again that would be racist wouldnt it?

Henceforth, we shall refer to this as the "Berg Scale." I place CPA somewhere between Amy Winehouse on a bender and Theodore John Kaczynski.

If you read Philip Berg's complaint in federal court, which is clearly written by someone who graduated from a toilet law school, his factual allegations are based on "internet rumors" and Wikipedia. He has no credibility whatsoever.
