And NO i don't have to agree that there is a statistically significant number of children diagnosed autistic who aren't. ADD can be a bad parent not able to control his child, but autism is an entirely different animal. It's like saying "a lot of these down-syndrome kids are really just stupid kids who's parents don't' teach them right"

So that's what a concern for our Constitution amounts to? No, I'm not a Republican, you dolt. I do, however, think that anyone willing to make concessions like this is an absolute idiot and they don't deserve to bitch and moan about the rules being bent and broken for the past 8 years. This election has really brought the true colors out in a lot of people. We're finding out exactly how whacko the far right is in its desperate attempt to keep Obama out of the White House. At the same time, the far left feels momentum and no longer pretends to give a shit about the Constitution any more than Bush did, so long as the breaking of rules serves their purpose instead of someone else's.
Want to know the truth? The only thing that differentiates Bush, Rush, and Hannity from people like you, AMDHunter, dmcowen, and jpeyton is the agenda. Your approach to making your ideologies a reality are absolutely identical; you're just too biased and blind to see it.

I wasn't making any attempt at making my ideology a reality, I don't want my opinions and beliefs to gain traction if it's done through lying/stealing/cheating/etc, because that would have destroyed what I believe I'm trying to work for anyway. If you can't accomplish something without compromising who you are and what you believe, then it's probably better left unaccomplished.

This smear and rumor has been debunked many times since the primaries. Truth is, the crazy Republicans see the writing on the wall and are more desperate and erratic every day.
The tape recording is inadmissable, most likely, unless Berg can prove who is saying what to whom. I doubt he can. Also, the certificate of live birth, is, I believe, authentic, with a raised seal, and is thereby presumptively correct under the official documents rules.

Realize that your post could have been taken a myriad of ways. I apologize for any misinterpretation.
That said, I don't excuse ANYONE from the Constitution... not the left, not the right, not ANYBODY. What concerns me about the mindset that is taking shape is that many people are so enamored by Obama that they wouldn't blink before excusing him from this critical requirement. I'm not saying I think it's true or false; I'm just saying that the public's reaction to this theoretical scenario is downright disturbing and scary.

Yeah, I myself was quite concerned about this when it first came out back during the primaries. I do believe it has been debunked by now though. If CNN/NBC/CBS, hell, even FOX actually ran this story I'd be far more inclined to believe it than worldnetdaily.

That website is pretty whacked. I think that if this was really true, it would have come out during the primaries as the case, as the Clinton's had investigators and lawyers crawling all over Obama's past, and it was a rumor back then as it is now, in an attempt to smear Obama.

To overcome the presumption of the birth certificate requires a lawsuit. That's why this has taken so long. Essentially, Berg is rolling the dice, but it's a 1,000 sided die, so his odds are very low.

I think if it were true it would have come out long ago. I have already cast my vote so this issue does not sway me one way or another. I just found it interesting and wanted to know what you guys would think. Now, if it turned out to be true I would have no doubt he should not be able to continue to run, but there is no way this is true.
