Ok, I'll get flamed. I have heard Reeves, and I think this guy is right at least as far as his intent goes. If he were well, and someone crawled up to him I think he would kick him rather than give him the time of day. Is Reeves desperate? Hell yes, and I don't blame him, but Reeves is no philanthropist. Fox on the other hand had a residence in VT when I lived right across the river in NH, before his troubles. He had a reputation of helping a great many people locally without taking credit. Seems he was glad to share his good fortune.
