$50 gift card, 40 extra PTO hours (cashed out), and 2.5% of my annual salary.

Not too bad for a crappy year where a lot were laid off/fired here.

Our raises will also only be 2% this year opposed to 4-6% as the usual.

But yea I have a job so I'm happy.

I just handed out the bonus cheques to my employees. Total was a little over $113,000. Average bonus was ~$4,300 before taxes.

EDIT: Got 6 weeks pay at Co. Dinner on the 19th.

This after always receiving a weeks pay every year until 2 years ago, when I got 2 weeks pay, then last year, I got 5 weeks pay!
Kinda makes you want to just give up the 60-70 hour weeks, (Salaried)

$0.00

My company is splitting off from a larger company. We started as a department within the parent company, but have grown much larger and are supposed to achieve independence at some point. My company is making serious profits, but the parent company is stagnating because of the bad economy.

Supposedly, no one is getting a bonus or raise, and there's a hiring freeze.

No xmas bonus but our bonuses are in April. Up to 25% of salary apprently...

I DIDN'T get the $10,500 "recruitment incentive" that I was supposed to get today via direct deposit. I was supposed to get it today since I have stayed on the job for 6 months. I have a contract signed by the federal government indicating that they would give it to me today. They are giving money to random companies and crap but not making good on their own financial obligations. Can't say I'm surprised. 🙁 I guess the honeymoon will literally have to pay for itself, so I'll be whoring myself out in the Caribbean in a month if anyone is around. 😀

If today is exactly your 6-month date, it will probably take some time to process. Also, it will probably take longer than normal, as they will probably try to stall for a while, just due to the economy.

$3000
The bummer is my wife an dI could attend the (all expenses paid) trip out to LA for dinner, a Broadway show and partying.... next year.
