I'm pretty sure the CFO will make sure I don't get any bonus this year. Two months ago I was going to quit my job and they had to start paying me 25% more to convince me to stay, which didn't make the CFO very happy.
 
No bonus for Christmas but the total of a $19.2K salary increase (market adjustment and promotion) as well as 2 $750 bonuses earlier this year made up for it. 😀 Last year all I got was a $100 gift card that was taxed.
