I'm confused. You keep complaining about all these violent leftists who wanted Kirk dead--who are they? Where are they? Random 4chan/X trolls? Who gave them a platform? Which elected leaders are elevating them, sharing a stage with them, and turning their hateful rhetoric into legislation?? You keep reposting actual elected liberals and liberal candidates who've all universally condemned this shooting--no one is saying he deserved it.
Now compare and contrast that with people like Charlie Kirk, Laura Loomer or even the more extreme Nick Fuentes. Not only are they being platformed and monetized for the clicks, and funneling that money via PACs to elect more extreme politicians, but elected officials AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL are amplifying their rhetoric and turning their hate into legislation. Kirk was on the Trump transition team for chrissakes.
So please share with us any posts from anyone with a platform who "wanted Kirk dead" (not just some throwaway X bot accounts) or else spare us your concern trolling.
Edit: One more thing--"The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants". That isn't something liberals agree with and we still don't know who the shooter is, but humor me one moment. How many trans mass shooters did we have before the modern anti-trans movement picked up in 2020? Who is responsible for helping the anti-trans movement spread? Who helped promote anti-trans legislation in state legislatures across the country, then elevated anti-trans legislation in Congress, and helped enact anti-trans edicts via executive orders? Kirk was killed by a single bullet from 200 yards away. One shot. Who kicked trans people out of the military?
When someone sees their civil liberties being stripped away and decides to take 2nd Amendment action to protect themselves--was the person targeted a patriot or a tyrant?

My history teacher in high school suggested that the US naval buildup in the Pacific region was used as a means to provoke Japan into attacking, thus justifying US entry into WW2.
Considering how the sinking of the Lusitania got us in WW1, I don't find this theory implausible (though there are many other, more fringe theories such as advanced knowledge of the attack, that are generally discredited).

+1. My only criticism is that the GQP has already taken America down the path of political violence and is in the process of collapsing what was a functioning democracy. America's journey into this rabbit hole is not going to resolve peacefully, even if MLK (or others like him) was miraculously reborn.

What is true, a lot of people like me are completely indifferent to his killing because he was a heinous piece of shit who died by his own words. Also, people like me do not want political violence to continue.

Yes, murder is a terrible crime and the person responsible should be brought to justice. No amount of conservative tears or frothing at the mouth is going to make me feel bad he's gone. They have no entitlement to dictate my emotions.
