The FCC doesn’t regulate cable like that because cable channels don’t have broadcast licenses.
I've seen clips of her podcast (not entire episodes) and I just didn't find her promoting crap. She's outspoken, yes. But toxic? Didn't get that feeling.

Like I've said in this forum before, non fascists should protect themselves. If you are a rational American living in a conservative area of a red state, you might want to keep your eyes out. Even some blue states might have problems.
