Don't you read?Totally irrelevant and not an excuse for a rape.
Are you Muslim?

You're confusing rape with a gang rape in a public square. Nobody is saying rape doesn't happen in the US (ridiculous straw man). The idea that someone would be gang raped in Time Square or on the National Mall is fairly absurd. So really "this" doesn't happen here.
First one that comes to mind is woodstock 99 and a gang rape.
Do you really think a rape during a limp bizkit concert is similar to a rally for democracy? Really?
Thousands of people around and nobody stopped it.
I know I could google a lot more examples but you'll just move the goalposts
This is not a Muslim thing, no matter how much your mind wants it to be.
Feel free to keep googling and get back to me when there is something remotely similar as opposed to some scumbag concert or gangrape in a ghetto. I bet you think flying planes into buildings isn't a Muslim thing either...

<--- Vietnamese born raised Roman Catholic.
Backlash: Like most women who compete with men, Lara Logan too has used her womanly wiles to get ahead
I'm not saying assault is right, however the dirt seem to be a bit damning if true.
My dad escaped the North Communist (was drafted at 13~14 year old and was in the army for several months) in 1954 and moved South as a teen. He is Atheist and his family were Vietnamese Nationalist Party supporters, and all were educated in Paris/France.Were you one of the millions of the Catholics from the North that moved down to South Vietnam when Vietnam was dividived in 1954?
<<---is a student of history, especially the Vietnam war/conflict.
I didn't say it justify the sexual assault, however it suggests that Logan pushes all boundary just for a story that at times may put herself in harm way. What? No it's not. It's perfectly acceptable for women in western society to use their femininity and sexuality to manipulate others into getting what they want. Even if you're not comfortable with it, it doesn't justify sexual assault.

We just rape all the little young boys fill em with ass fucking in the open public churches here.
Yeah fuck the ghetto concert. We just rape all the little young boys fill em with ass fucking in the open public churches here. Were too fucking good for but fucking someone in a rally.
Get over yourself. This is no worse then ANYWHERE else. Matter of fact I think we are worse than a Muslim society. Thank 'g'od I'm an Atheist. Amazing the spell check wants you to capitalize words like god christain cathlics but how come not Atheist? So I do it manually.
It's people like that have their heads so far deep that can't even see it for themselves even tho another 2 minutes just passed and someone yet again in the USA got sexually assaulted. Sad sad and more sad!
I'm an atheist too, but I at least have the good sense to know that Islam is the greatest threat to EVERYONE in this world. Look at how tolerant Muslims are to atheists compared to any other religion. Why would you support that?
Are you still talking after your HILARIOUS "Nobody is harassed in US churches!"?In the words of a famous Muslim -- It`s our way or the highway...or coffin take your pick...
Wow, that's a great story. Congrats to you and your family for escaping Communism and war. It's hard for us to even imagine being drafted at 13!My dad escaped the North Communist (was drafted at 13~14 year old and was in the army for several months) in 1954 and moved South as a teen. He is Atheist and his family were Vietnamese Nationalist Party supporters, and all were educated in Paris/France.
My mother parents are South Vietnamese and are Atheist (her father served as a translator for the French & Japanese). My mother convert to Catholic in her early teen as it was a "cool" thing to do. My dad convert to Catholic so that he could marry my Catholic fundi mother.
I was born raised and indoctrinated Roman Catholic, and served as an altar boy for 7 years. I also attended French Catholic boarding school during my youth, however I left the Church in my late teen because of what I witnessed and studied. I was drafted at 13 year old to fight the Khmer Rouge/Pol Pot.
My family and I escaped the War/Communist when I were 13.
Let's look at your article.1) Yes there are "Jewish or Christian societies" where -as a matter of fact- women aren't allowed to WALK on the same side of the street. Talk about "driving". Need a link? Christian societies are too easy. Here's one from a Jewish society:
http://www.ynetnews.com/articles/0,7340,L-3759554,00.html
They actually took it one step further, with "no women allowed" signs and everything.
Oh, and you DO know that the Burqa can actually be traced back to Jewish practices, right?
2) I see that you fail to understand the difference between "Islam" and today's so called "muslim societies". Perfect.
Noted the bolded sections. Some nuts with homemade signs and megaphones calling for separation in some parts of a city for a day is hardly a society, but thanks for playing. Self-ownage is always amusing for the rest of us. (And I'm sure the burqa is traced back to the Jews - by Muslims, who take blame for nothing they do.)A group of ultra-Orthodox men took to the streets of the haredi neighborhoods in Jerusalem last Friday and called on the public to adhere to a complete separation between men and women in certain areas of the city.
The activists toured the streets near Geula neighborhood in taxicabs and announced, using megaphones that on some streets men and women should walk on opposite sides of the road during the weekend.
According to a resident of the neighborhood, Avraham Cohen, those responsible for the initiative belong to the extremist Neturei Karta stream. "The leading rabbis of the ultra-Orthodox public do not support this initiative," he said. "This group decided to on their won accord go into the neighborhoods and set new modesty codes."
However, eyewitnesses said that although the segregation had not been sanctioned by prominent spiritual authorities, most passersby heeded the call last Saturday. "During the noon hours when women go out for a stroll and the men go to the synagogue, men and women walked on different sidewalks," one resident said.
But the same level of separation was reportedly not observed on the busy Friday, when the streets are regularly packed with crowds.
Logan was attacked by thugs, who reportedly dragged her away from her news team during public celebrations of former Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak’s resignation. Logan was reportedly stripped and beaten for a half hour, leaving her covered in welts and wounds. Logan also endured “aggressive pinching,” the Times reported, citing American sources.
