Has something been said or posted that is not true about fox?
Or are you just trying to spin some?
Do you watch Fox news? Is it too hard to answer a simple question?

Wow never knew you were a Liberal (always knew you were an idiot)Since the stench of failure and idiocy has been correctly applied to the term liberal, all the liberals have taken to calling themselves progressive instead. It's just another term for the same thing:[ an idiot.

Actually, I don't see that PokerGuy has provided any links at all. IndyColtsFan (IIRC) provided a link to a report about campaign contributions by media employees. It found far, far more contributions to Democrats than Republicans (although the Republican donations mentioned were, on the average, far, far larger). Note that these contributions weren't even from a plurality of reporters, however. As the article notes:You said:
then provided links that claim a plurality of reporters have a liberal bias. A plurality or even a majority are not "everyone throughout an organization" and will not be no matter how many links or how many google terms you provide.
Only 125 of roughly 100,000 staffers were found to have donated to Democrats. That's a drop in the bucket, far too small of a sample to draw statistically significant conclusions. As Dedman sees it, “The pattern of donations, with nearly nine out of 10 giving to Democratic candidates and causes, appears to confirm a leftward tilt in newsrooms-at least among the donors, who are a tiny fraction of the roughly 100,000 staffers in newsrooms across the nation.”
I love when Bowfinger shows up, provides damning facts, and then gets conveniently ignored by the idiots he just shut down.![]()
I do when I visit my parents (Proud members of Rascal Nation) I have to say that I never watch CNN (read the web site) MSNBC or any other TV Broadcast news. Now I've seen Olbermann on Youtube and if he's any indication of MSNBC then I'd have to put them on par with Faux Noise, they're terrible.Do you watch Fox news? Is it too hard to answer a simple question?
Fox makes up facts. MSNBC, although they are biased a bit to the left, they say things that are true, and if they make a mistake, they acknowledge it.
They probably aren't as slick as Faux Noise and they don't have a captured audience. Rascal Nation which makes up a good percentage of Faux Noise demographics have nothing better to do all day that sit at home getting their daily dose of Faux outrage until American Idol come on later in the evening. As others have pointed out, that's why Fox is biased the way it is. They found a profitable market and they went after it. MSNBS hopes to do the same with the left, though for whatever reason, leftist bias doesn't sell as effectively as a bias to the right. Just ask Air America.
Faux Noise and MSNBC being on the same level isn't complementary for either station or their audience.a bit to the left? things they say are true? Acknowledge mistakes?
Dude come on...

Where in the world do you get the idea that Bowfinger's post supports the OP's point? Let us for a moment ignore the "mirror image" rhetoric (these are journalists, after all) and look at the actual numbers from the study. http://www.journalism.org/node/13437
Fox:
Obama +25 -40 =35
McCain +22 -40 =38
Negative 15 point spread for Obama, negative 18 point spread on McCain. Three point advantage to Obama.
MSNBC
Obama +43 -14 =43
McCain +10 -73 =17
Positive 29 point spread for Obama, negative 67 point spread on McCain. Ninety-six point advantage to Obama!
CNN
Obama +36 -39 =25
McCain +13 -61 =36
Negative 3 point spread for Obama, negative 48 point spread on McCain. Forty-five point advantage to Obama.
All media
Obama +36 -29 =35
McCain +14 -57 =29
Positive 7 point spread for Obama, negative 43 point spread on McCain. Fifty point advantage to Obama.
Fox News gave a slight advantage to Obama in an election where voters also gave a slight advantage to Obama, in fact by about the same margin (since a three percent swing in voters yields a six percent difference in votes.) CNN and the media as a whole gave a huge advantage to Obama in the same election. MSNBC managed to give Obama a continuous Lewinsky whilst also taking up group residence inside The Messiah's large intestine - a whopping 96 percent advantage in tone!
And you think Bowfinger has provided "damning facts" that Fox News is the station with the bias? You, sir, are either a shameless liar or else have the intellect of a banana slug.
First, you're looking at a different article though I assume it's based on the same study. The article I linked explains the methodology used to reach its conclusions.Where in the world do you get the idea that Bowfinger's post supports the OP's point? Yeah, because liberals would never create fake new stories about a presidential candidate in an active attempt to influence an election. Or create a clandestine organization for the purpose of distributing talking points and discussing strategies on how to help their favorite candidate win by subverting the news.
oh wait.

Yeah but you Canadians aren't known for having a good sense of humor. Beer Hunter??Beer Hunter??? Ceilon Dion??? Ok she was funny.Keith Olbermann is my hero. That is all, who gives a crap about ratings.
I watch Faux Noise for the comedic value.
Well he's Canadian,WTF do you expect? Canadians are proof that French buggered Harp Seals.BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA I literally laughed out loud reading that.
Keith Olbermann is my hero.
Yeah it not as if they actually have any credibility... well with those who are capable of thinking for themselves.Do you seriously believe the people working for fox actually believe half the things they say if it weren't for the pay check? Or CNN/abc/cbs/nbc for that matter.
the tv personalities saw a bigger pay check and ran. Plenty have moved around the networks.
Off the top of my head Paula Zahn, Chris Wallace, Bill Hammer, that lawyer chick greta van something have jumped ship to fox.
I'm sure there are plenty of others and have gone the other way also.
If you write me a paycheck I'll say WTF you want. Pay me enough i'll say the sky is red, the earth is square and the sun revolves around the Earth I don't care.
Its a job to these people. Pure and simple.
I've watched it before.

You can honestly say that Fox is not ridiculously biased??Watched it before, what's that? Code for stopped on it for a second while channel surfing?
Why do I have to be trying to "spin" something to ask if you have an informed opinion? What are you trying to hide? Oh let me guess ...that you don't in fact watch Fox News, and get 99.99999% of your information about it from other people who probably only get snippets of Youtube? Sounds about right.
