i was talking to this girl i know who graduated this year. her dad is really rich, got a huge fancy house, and she is telling me about her fancy graduation party and going to college in the fall. she says that shes going to study to be a nurse.

since all nurses eventually get fat, i (jokingly) say "have fun getting fat!" and what does she do? she just hauls off and slaps me! and then walks away.

now ianal but im pretty sure that this is illegal. i know for a fact that if i did it to her i would be thrown in jail. is there any way i can relatiate with a lawsuit or civil charges? i felt and still feel the emotional trauma of this event, everyone at the burger king when this happened probably hates me now. and my cheek still hurts a little where one of her fancy rings scratched it.

like i said her dad is rich and i could really use some help right now.

MAN YOUR PART OF THE PROBLEM . gETS SLAPPED FOR OFF COLOR REMARK . yOUR LUCKY SHE DIDN'T kICK YA WERE YOUR BRAINS ARE . LOW LIFE

Sure, if you're a little bitch. What kind of man gets slapped by a woman and sues?

You should just write a pome about it and move on.

Didn't you learn anything in elementary school? If a girl hits you, it means she likes you. Time to make your move.

Lessee, got witnesses? No? Your word against hers. Yes? They'll say she was provoked by a mixture of male bias and sexist degradation. Sorry, no payday.

In one of my more redneck towns, a girl worked for me, 5'0" ~100lbs. Filed for her insurance license and it came back with an assault and battery charge on her record. Her cousin's boyfriend was beating the crap out of the cousin and Regina hit him in the head with a big glass ashtray. He pressed charges. The judge looked at R. Looked at the guy and said,"Really. You want to go forward with this?":colbert: Shamed him out of the court.

The guy was 6'3" 250+.:D

I am also not a lawyer, I don't see how you can sue someone just for slapping you. You would have to claim something negative occurred as a result of her slapping you, and sue for that.

An example:
"After so-and-so slapped me, I was unable to get erections around women!"

EDIT:

Of course, you could charge her with assault just for slapping you.

he is 320. i doubt he gets erections anyway. if he does i don't think he can find it in the folds.

Yes, you can sue, and odds are actually pretty decent that you'd win or get a settlement. What she did constitutes assault. If you can prove it happened (ie, some witnesses), you would have a case.

On second thought, yes, definitely sue her. When you get a court date, let us all know what it is and where, so we can come and watch you and your lawyer get laughed out of court. Oh, and use your own judgement in this, not your attorney's.
