I was at 200.0lbs last night. I could have jogged around the block and hit 199.

Been off the gym for two weeks, have until next Friday after a MRI to see if I am cleared to return to training.

had my blood work for my physical done and every vein was easy to find...8 weeks prior they werent so easy.

Abs becoming visible, veins in obliques coming out. It doesn't feel so bad I am taking time off from the gym.

End of first week back after three weeks off, started at 200-202 (was down to 198).

Weighed in this morning at 196lbs. Got into 33" designer denim pretty nicely, went with 34" because they fit better in the quads.

I don't visit this section of the forums very often - usually just when I'm especially motivated or feel especially bad about how I've let myself go. This is inspirational, though. I've blamed part of my weight gain on having a desk job (SAN admin), but the fact that you're a network engineer and probably spend a large part of your work day sitting as well at least shows me that is not an excuse. Thanks for sharing!

Yes, most days I am sitting, even if it's just walking from one closet to the next. Even when I am unboxing new gear, most of the time is sitting configuring and testing it.

Looking good Alky. I am pumped to get back into the gym this week after 2 months out due to a shoulder injury. I just have to remember to take it slow.

I am bit of a mess here since I just came off 3 hours of dog park. I am also just coming off 3 weeks of non-training (just completed my first week back) and drinking until 4am last night plus having my first two slices of pizza in a year + some chicken wings :)

I did flex my abs in the side view shot above. the other is unflexed. Also I have not trained my abs at all yet. I have a split down the middle of mine, I am going to ask my doctor 12/31 when I see them what my options are.

Size 40+ 19 weeks ago, now in 32's. Thought I'd be just 34 for Christmas, but now that's a bit too loose.

Congrats. I'm a 30-32 myself, which means the hardest part of buying jeans is finding a pair where the waist isn't too loose while the legs don't cut off circulation to my thighs.

And man, those dumbbells in the picture above make me seriously nostalgic for the gym where I started working out. Sigh, the good ol' days.

194lbs today. My 32" 569's and 559's are now bunching up in the waist :( 38.5" at naval.

Dat dere CellTech is working well, I mix it in Mich. Ultra ;)

Shooting for being happy for my May birthday. Shooting for Monster by May 2014, cut to about 180-185 single digit BF in the next few months and do the same at 195-200 the following year.

Honest question, with the HRT are you worried about what will happen when/if you go off them? Have you committed to doing them until old enough where your physique is not a concern? What made you decide to do them and how did you personally weigh the side effects to benefits?

are you taking celltech as you are cutting up? was curious since i know it has a lot of sugar in it.

i had really good results when i used it while bulking up years back but i eventually got sick of it. it was rough chugging celltech and a protein shake after the gym. definitely did see results from it though.

No CellTech was a joke. I take Beta Alanine, Creatine, Casein in the mornings and sometimes some Whey post workout along with XTend almost always for electrolytes.

whole chickens at a time for my bulk food :)
