oh yea, and i'm sure you being here for over a decade with over 65,000 posts don't know how to use the edit feature on these forums.

MY BAD.

I'll put my pics in comparison for you tonight. Looking at your recently posted pics, my ass is bigger than yours, but my shoulders and upper body in general not even close to yours.

Here are flexed pics:

Posting pic for comparison to yours.

I am 6 feet tall and hover around 205lbs. Gained over 20lbs since December of 2011.

Front unflexed (crappy phone camera).

You be the judge on how heavy I look relative to you, but from my eyes, you look bigger than me and somehow we are the same weight? I am also pretty sure I am nowhere close to 15% BF. I would guestimate I'm closer to around 20%.

Edit: Also guessing 20% BF, I am going to maintenance lift and hit cardio hard while reducing my calories by 600 per day. I want to cut myself down to 12% before trying to bulk up again.

You actually should be closer to 15%.

nice dad jeans. also you have a really stubby neck/all around weird proportions. or maybe it's just me. congrats on the weight loss though.

Levi's 505's are 'dad' jeans? I am looking to buy some nice demin though anyway.

I am Meso/Endomorph so not as wasp shaped as a ectomorph you typically see in 'ads'.

My 'core' is pretty solid as well from major strength training of it growing up. I rarely ever have any back issues even lifting tons of crap all the time usually in not so good form.

201, skipped a week of workouts and have been going out drinking each night since Thanksgiving. Getting my shoulder and knees looked at Tuesday. I can deal with pain as long as it's not progressing. I think I have a minor tear in my rotator cuff.

My knees and shoulder are getting much better since I adjusted my training, but I put in a 2 month mark to seek pro help.

I am a network engineer, got 'called out' in a meeting last week to be the guy that does all Nexus 7000 racking....solo.

I can't do one of them solo, I doubt anyone can; but that made me feel good.

still no lifting, weight is steady, my abs are actually more visible even though which is crazy, since overall I am feeling softer. MRI scheduled for right shoulder, knees on Voltaren Gel. Follow up next Friday, hope to be back in the gym that Saturday. Got invited to what's going to be an epic birthday party this weekend.

200.0 lbs on an after work weigh-in (forgot this morning and usually 5+lbs heavier at night than beginning of day).
