41 year old dude...got told coming back after a 5 year injury layoff to expect things to come back slow and weight slower. Drank all night (until 6am on Saturday) and did it again on Wednesday...had two mini-bites (almond joy and butterfinger) and a rice crispie treat last night even another pound this week...should have my bodyfat right below 20% now (19.6%). Total loss has been 28lbs since August. Week #12 of lifting. I slowed my fat loss down to a pound a week. I'd like to do 2 still, but I was dropping about 2lbs every 3 days and that's going to be harming muscle mass. Many say even a pound a week is too fast.
