I like how you idiots think I'm wrong for saying Obama isn't much smarter than Bush. Proof is in the pudding. Also, it's not racist unless it was designed specifically for that. Do you have studies which say why this person is acting this way or is it all anecdotal?

No one knows the motivation for this so assuming it's racist doesn't make it so. The problem as I see it is that a political animal should know it would be taken that way whether it's believed or it's a convenient tool to club the opposition.

To borrow from another thread it's about perception. Reality isn't important because the results are the same and the pol should have known it.

Pretty much ALL IM SAYING. BTW, why would anyone make Obama into a chimp? Oh I don't know... maybe because people made the comparison with Bush? Honestly... how does that skip your mind, but the racist remarks people made 100+ years ago about Blacks being related to Chimps pop in? Talk about selective memory. Totally agree - there's a lot of denial about this from a lot of people.
I don't know what it is ... I think it is the environment one grows up in that makes you like that.

Difference in race should not even register in ones brain but somehow we get programmed for the opposite.

Seems alot of our resident "conservatives" have some racists leanings to sort out.

I don't remember white people being referred to as "porch monkeys" That's just one of the reasons why I think portraying any black person as a monkey is racist, and why GWB being portrayed as a monkey is not.
