What do they have against Mexican beer? Speaking of mexican beer, what is everyone's favorites?

I like Corona. It has a weird skunky taste I enjoy for some reason. I like for its own thing, and wouldn't directly compare it to other beer. For a real beer that competes against better beers, I like Dos Equis. For beer in a similar class though, there's others I'd rather have from the traditional beer nations.

It's probably made from sewer water from Mexico City.

I prefer negra modelo dark. I don't think i've tried the Dos Equis Amber yet.

On occasion, a Pacifico with a tiny squeeze of lime is good during the Summer.

There is something about the Pacifico bottle, it feels so graceful in my hand, it amazes me every time I drink one or two.

That clear bottle doesn't help...that stuff is awful.

I remember hearing once that Heineken, even in the keg, is now intentionally skunked to make it taste more like it does in the green bottles. Haven't had Heineken on tap in a number of years so I can't confirm it.

I'm into the dos equis amber as well, especially with a meal. I go pacifico most often though if I'm buying a 12 pack.
