well the most i'd wanna wait after reaching level 5 on a mine is a day... you'll probably get attacked and lose half of your resources if you wait too long :)

Build more metal mine and some crystal mines. Deuterium is not that important in the beginning + takes a lot of energy.

Heres a good tactic: leave your account for a few days(more than 24 hours), then upgrade as much as possible. Ive done this so much! Works so well!!

i guess there's no way to auto login?
selecting the uni and then typing name and pass is a pain

also, whenn you deconstruct something, do you get some resources back or does it cost resources? does it remove the item altogether or just 1 level?

the help page won't load for me.

I use Roboform. It auto-fills the login name and password and even selects the right universe.

On the resources page, it looks like you can set the power output of your solar plant. What's the purpose of that? Why not just set it to 100% all the time?

Well, it's probably because you can set the output for all the other buildings, so it's just for tidyness. Maybe :s

Either way, joined the alliance, we're at 520th now! 10 members. Got me some resources overnight, so it's mine building time!

How are the alliance rankings done? Based on points?

Also, found out....

There are 3 types of points:

Scores: There you get points for spending resources. For each 1000 resources spent you get 1 point. If you lose the thing you spent the resources on you lose the points as well!

Fleet number: Well the name says it. For every ship 1 fleet point is given. It doesn't matter what kind of ship it is, Espionage Probes and Death Stars both give 1 point.

Research level: For every research or research upgrade done, 1 research point is given. It doesn't matter what kind of research it is. Because of this, it doesn't say much about the strength of a player.

The more resources you spend, the more points you will have.
Examining the different kinds of points and using espionage reports may offer valuable insight into the strength of a player.

me = Score 2 (rank 7756 of 10624) w00t lol
