I've contemplated going from chew to an e-cig. Haven't quite pulled the trigger, but I think it would be a manageable alternative. My problem is I dip all day. I dip pouches so it doesn't get all over the place, and I gut it, so I don't need a spitter. I need to ween myself off of the need ALL day and maybe get down to a few dips, then maybe move on to e-cig. Don't know if I'm mentally ready though.
It's oral fixation thats got you hooked. Try buying a bunch of fresh mint, wadding it up and keeping it in the area you normally put the dip.
