You can't quote me on this, but I believe they are better. You aren't burning tobacco with one, just heating up vapor and inhaling that. That alone should make it better. I can't comment on what chemicals are in the juice though.
I have been actually thinking about picking one of these up. No idea which ones are good.
I was concerned about lung damage going to vape. That's why I dipped instead of smoke, because I like my lungs for running. I don't believe its bad for the lungs. Vapor with no nicotine goes into the lungs and cannot be felt. Vapor with nicotine can be felt, due only to the nicotine. Nicotine has a burning/tingling effect when contacting soft tissue from my experience, be it Nicorette gum or vapor. I don't suspect this causes tissue damage. (edit for honesty, actually, I HOPE it doesn't damage tissue)
24mg? wow my heart would be jumping out of my chest.
this is the site i use to order my juice concentrate and mix it myself.
almond joy is by far my favorite. just ordered a 120ml bottle of concentrate and 120ml bottle of 6mm 50/50 unflavored base.

Yes, 24mg. Dipping is by far the highest nicotine delivery method there is and the salesman warned me that if I don't go strong, I won't get enough. I was skeptical, but he was right. The first 6 hours I was puffing that thing quite a lot and feeling nervous. I didn't feel quite satisfied with the 24mg, but I simply refused to dip. Its only been 12 hours and now I'm commited to the E-cig and getting along OK with it. Any less than 24mg at this point and I'd have issues.
Honestly most people I know who try to wean themselves onto the ecig fail. You just gotta bite the bullet and start full time ecig and get rid of everything else (cigs, cigars, chewing tobacco, etc) in a day or two you start getting used to the E-cig, after a week or two the ecig becomes normal to you and that's your new habit.
Yep, all or nothing for me. Amazing the thoughts that enter the mind about dipping. I ignore them and remind myself those thoughts no longer matter and aren't worth my time. I use an e-cig now.
