they weren't helping, that's the thing. they had tried to talk him out of going to another doctor because they had severly mess up and were trying to get as much out of the insurance company as they could. there was plenty of blame to go around here. even his insurance company wasn't off the hook because they had saw what was going on did nothing until he got his settlement and then tried to get reembursed. his lawyer, who doesn't normally do mal-practice suites, said ok, but after we pay you, you will be sued too.they dropped it after that.
