Oh yes, Sue him 6,000 times, for 5 Billion Dollars (pinky firmly in mouth).no, all because the podiatrist did what he wasn't lisenced to do, which was surgery.

Oh my gosh! He really was screwed, wasn't he?!

I have insurance, but if I was broke and didn't have it, I'd go to ER for everything, since ER doesn't ask me to pay up first.
As in any transaction, you go to see a Doctor, he tries to help.
He didn't ask for you to come to him... you came to him, you and he were in a mutual agreement.
If he fucks up, suck it up.
-John
Yes. He chose the Doctor, and therefore bears the brunt of the conseq
No, I am saying that you and he had a mutual agreement. You would pay him, and he would try and help you.so you don't think doctors should be held accountable. that is what you are saying.

He tried to help you, and failed.

That's fraud, or some other law.he was not a lisenced surgeon and did it anyways.

Law . failure of a professional person, as a physician or lawyer, to render proper services through reprehensible ignorance or negligence or through criminal intent, esp. when injury or loss follows.
Absolutely not. You made the choice to go into surgery with these people. They tried to help you, and made a mistake.Somebody's failed. So you go in to get left knee rebuilt and when you wake up right knee was replaced you can't sue in your world?
