Drycell is pretty amazing but they broke up and not a lot of people have heard of them.

The Vapors.

totally 1-hit wonder, but their first album was amazing. 28 years later and there's still over a half-dozen songs on the record that sound fresh.

Voice Farm. They opened for Depeche Mode during their Violator tour, and played at both the Cow Palace and Madison Square Garden.

Floater. I'm not even a huge fan, just because it's not the genre I'm frequently in to, but dayum, they are good. Hollywood is the most singularly additictive song I have ever heard, to the point that I used it in a Counter-Strike movie (What? I was young and stupid, though I must say the video came out great!).

Haha ;). Yeah not too many people know about them. I started listening to them around 2001 when Jackass was on MTV and they used some CKY songs in it.

Definitely a great, original rock band who don't give a fuck about what rock trend is popular at the moment... same as Clutch. I think Cluch is Jess Margera's (drummer for CKY) favorite band.

I think CKY is pretty well known, along with the Pixies.

I would venture to say Beta Band should have gotten a lot more recognition than they did.
