Haha . Yeah not too many people know about them. I started listening to them around 2001 when Jackass was on MTV and they used some CKY songs in it.

Definitely a great, original rock band who don't give a fuck about what rock trend is popular at the moment... same as Clutch. I think Cluch is Jess Margera's (drummer for CKY) favorite band.

I think CKY is pretty well known, along with the Pixies.


I would venture to say Beta Band should have gotten a lot more recognition than they did.

I don't think they've very well-known. Pixies pretty much are, but I'm talking about bands that should have been huge. Neither band IMO is huge, especially CKY. Pixies have an underground following but they're not "huge", which I deem as mainstream, on radio all the time, like Green Day or something.

I used ot think Blur should have been huge in the US (after all, they were big in every other country), but now that I look back I can see why they never hi it big (besides song 2). They are just to British. America (and Canada for that matter) just can't relate to the music...

Sublime is huge. If I'm turning to popular radio stations and still hearing your music 8 years after you put it out there then you are huge. Both Jimmy Eat World and Sublime shouldn't be on this list.
