10lbs of what in 30 days? You don't need to eat 4500 calories a day at 155 to put on weight. Not unless you're burning a bunch of calories doing something else(job/fapping/cardio/etc).
Certain body types do. As you can read from above, I've plateaued at 155.5. I'm what the scientific world calls an ectomorph. Hard to gain any weight for me unless upping caloric intake significantly.
