I think when I order the battery, I'll also go through the phone again, full wipes, nuke all the dead folders, maybe even change the kernel/ROM combo. I might try MIUI or the ICS build, although so far, I'm pretty happy with CM7 in all ways, and especially the styling and options.

Something for a little researching.
