You can get two new replica Atari joysticks on eBay for $20. I bought 2 sometime last year when I was hooking my Commodore stuff up.

Fucking Steam crashed, wiped out half the server, and then the loadouts didn't come back... for anyone who'd been dropped. So I didn't get my weapons, everybody else did. Fancy that, I'm getting slaughtered, because anybody can backblast base rockets, or sidestep them, or shoot back with their faster LL or DH.

I don't even have LTE enabled, I don't get 4G up here. So it's all Wifi and 3G, and the battery life still blows dicks.

And before that, half my deaths were from team switches, I got bounced three times between teams. Pretty annoying. BLU was huddled in their base getting their shit pushed in, and RED was doing the pushing, vigorously.

Some one moment I'm charging across the bridge to take my rockets into BLU's hayroom, or storming out of the sewers with four other guys, the next, I get a double death, shifted to BLU, and I'm down there trying to stop my buddies from leveling everything in the base - that I just helped level.

I am shocked. While surfing around the other night, I found a site dedicated to the Vic 20 and apparently, it still has a HUGE following. My Vic is missing and is one piece I am assuming (hoping) is in my attic along with the other missing stuff.

What has happened to some of my stuff is a great mystery. I'm missing the Vic 20, an NX-1000C printer (I think), joysticks, modems, my C2N datassette, and some software. I don't believe all of that is in the attic, but I'm hoping most is.
