Except you didn't clear up a single thing. You have yet to post a clear, concise thesis. Have you seen how RS posts ordered thoughts backed up by references and even attempt to make or defeat counter points? That's what a competent and unbiased person does.
However, all you do is speak in blanket terms and hyperbole in an attempt to market nvidia products. Saying things like:
without a single reference or proof useless. You describe things in bombastic language or subjectively interpret little details in any way to promote nvidia products, especially now that AMD has taken the single GPU crown (great timing, really subtle). People get sick of shilling, look what happened to rollo. Go write a decent OP and then maybe people will take you seriously.
However, even Ryan Smith came in here and told you you're making a mountain out of a molehill.
This is completely false. [H] and TR's findings haven't shown single GPU and multi-GPU to be smoother. Quite the opposite actually. While their December 4 article in question specifically comments on SLI
sometimes being smoother, they don't reference single GPU, and they never quantified it:
http://www.hardocp.com/article/2012/12/04/gtx_680_vs_radeon_hd_7970_multidisplay_showdown/7 .
TR's articles have shown that there is actually little difference between AMD and nvidia cards, both single GPU's:
http://techreport.com/review/23150/amd-radeon-hd-7970-ghz-edition/4 and CF and SLI:
http://techreport.com/review/22890/nvidia-geforce-gtx-690-graphics-card/7 , being that they both can take first place in "smoothness."
I'm not sure if you think the members of Anandtech are somehow idiots and will believe inept marketing drivel, but stating something as Gospel and then not backing it up is not how we do things around here. Furthermore, accusing anyone who disagrees or points out the logical fallacies in your argument as "attacking you" is childish and despicable. Learn to be a productive member of this board or stop posting, it's that simple.
EDIT: Also, you won't meaningfully respond to this post, and you'll either come up with some one line deflection or completely ignore it, but this is here for everyone else reading the thread.
