Answer me this then, what is the mid-range gap for the present cards? Need some context here.
The answer to this question has evolved into what resolution you are running.
1080p / 1440p / 4k
So that range can be quite big... and very big at that.
$400 - $500
RTX 3050 is priced below that and would be considered high end for 1080p, while the 3060 is for 1440p.
So no.... you need to look at the resolution in your pricing.
While the other extreme, at 4k midtier starts at a 3070 which is way more then 500 dollars.
Price has never been a viable way to describe the various ranges of cards, because it goes up with every generation.
It more shifts with every (refresh rate / resolution) evolution.
Which is why i said we need to look at resolution and refresh rate your asking for that for.
A Honda Accord is a "Mid" Tier for most people, but then you got Benz and BMW saying its the 5 series / E class.
