boo. hoo.
run your own company if you dont like how others are doing it
this really is it, simply. But people, like the OP, would rather cry and whine.

One baby immigrant for breakfast per day. Max.Our companies are also some of the most innovative and successful in the world also. So what is the amount corporate executives get to make? How much? Give me a $$$ amount.

Why do so many hate on those that have?
Do you really think every top dog that's high paid just woke up one day and was handed it?
Wouldn't you like to know that if you worked hard and were smart enough and played your cards right, you too could be a top dog one day making the money?
Why wouldn't everyone out there want to do the best they possibly can? Why hate on those that have succeeded?
I just do not get this mindset.
The guy at the top making millions in now way prevents me from working towards my own growth and improvement as a person, a father, a husband, in my career and in my finances.
Wasting my breath I suppose as it does truly seem it's all about upbringing and your POV on this subject.
You can get a dozen for a box of Cuban cigars. What is the going rate on feeder baby immigrants?

I have no problem with executives that earned their way to the top. Even the bad ones. I have a problem with said executives being shit-terrible at their job, and that's most of them.
You do know that it is more profitable for the CEO to do a shitty job as fast as possible to get that golden parachute that much sooner and move on to the next one, right? Most of them? So you're saying most companies aren't profitable? You do know that if a CEO is doing a shitty job the board and shareholders will get rid of them, right?
I just don't get the "I hate other people who make more than me, they're bad!" attitude. It's akin to a child who sees somebody with a nicer bike than them and the child automatically hates that other kid.
I think these studies are more targeted/indicative of the wealthy elite, or those in the top 0.1% of earners in our nation. They are so far removed from the struggles of the average person because they simply do not have to regard money in the same way. These are your big corporate CEOs, major investment bankers/managers, trust fund babies, etc.
It would be so funny if the same corporate knobs you slob decide to ship your job to India one day. It's all about the money, right? Why do so many hate on those that have?

I suppose Enron was just being innovative too? How about Bernie Madoff? Hey, it was just capitalism at work right?![]()

Michael. For five years now, you've worked your ass
off at Initech, hoping for a promotion or some kind of profit sharing
or something. Five years of your mid-20s now, gone. And you're gonna go
in tomorrow and they're gonna throw you out into the street. You know
why? So Bill Lumbergh's stock will go up a quarter of a point. Michael,
let's make that stock go down. Let's take enough money from that place
that we never ever have to sit in a cubicle ever again.
Many of my past jobs have already been outsourced to India. I've simply stayed ahead of them by keeping my skills up to date and in demand. Do I expect a CEO to pay me $80k a year for resetting passwords?
But, since you brought it up. How to we keep companies from doing that? Taking all their profits and giving it to the government? We all know we can trust those in Government to spend our 'profits' wisely.
What they were doing was illegal. Try again.

Why do few people ever mention the excessive salaries of athletes or movie stars?
